Redcore helps customers manage projects, proofs, comments, files, invoices, approvals, production updates, and RedChat conversations across Redcore.com and the Redcore iOS app.

Information is collected to authenticate users, show assigned projects, manage proofs, process approvals, support orders, and communicate updates.
We do not use Redcore app data for third-party advertising tracking and we do not sell personal information.
Project files, proof images, comments, addresses, invoices, and RedChat messages are linked to the users and companies they belong to.

This Privacy Policy explains how Redcore, LLC (“Redcore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use Redcore.com, the Redcore iOS app, Redcore proof pages, RedChat, project tools, support tools, payment links, and related services.

How We Use Information
- Authenticate users and maintain secure account access.
- Show only the projects, proofs, files, comments, invoices, and companies connected to a user or account.
- Send proof updates, project status updates, comment notifications, RedChat notifications, invoice notices, and shipping or tracking updates.
- Allow users to approve proofs, request changes, select shipping addresses, choose NET 30 when available, or pay through Stripe checkout.
- Provide customer support, production support, billing support, and account administration.
- Protect Redcore, our customers, and our systems from fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and security incidents.
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting, payment, and business record requirements.
App Store Privacy Summary
For the Redcore iOS app, the following types of data may be collected and linked to your identity for app functionality: name, email address, phone number, physical address, payment information, purchase history, customer support content, other user content, photos or videos, user ID, and device ID.
Redcore does not use these data types for third-party advertising tracking.
Push Notifications
If you allow notifications, Redcore may send push notifications about proof updates, comments, RedChat messages, projects ready for approval, invoices, production updates, and shipping updates. You can turn off push notifications in iOS Settings at any time.
Payments and Stripe
Redcore may use Stripe and related payment services to process payments, save payment methods, display card brand and last four digits, manage invoices, and support checkout. Payment processors handle sensitive payment details under their own security and privacy practices. Redcore does not store full credit card numbers.
How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to operate Redcore and provide requested services. This may include sharing information with:
- Payment processors, including Stripe, for payments, saved cards, invoices, and checkout.
- Shipping carriers and production partners when needed to fulfill, ship, or track an order.
- Email, messaging, notification, hosting, storage, security, and support providers used to operate Redcore.
- Users assigned to the same company, project, proof, or conversation, based on their role as approver, viewer, admin, or team member.
- Government, legal, accounting, or compliance parties if required by law or needed to protect Redcore, users, or others.
Your Choices
- You can update profile information, saved addresses, and saved payment methods in Redcore where those tools are available.
- You can disable push notifications in iOS Settings.
- You can request help accessing, correcting, or deleting account information by contacting Redcore.
- Some information may need to be retained for active projects, invoices, order history, legal compliance, dispute resolution, security, or business records.
Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide Redcore services, maintain project and order history, support customers, comply with legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and protect the service. When information is no longer needed, we may delete, de-identify, or archive it according to our business and legal requirements.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect accounts, project content, payments, and communications from unauthorized access.
Children
Redcore is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Third-Party Links
Redcore may link to third-party websites or services, including payment, shipping, file, support, and promotional store services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Redcore changes. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of Redcore after the updated policy is posted means the updated policy applies to your use of the service.
